Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ELProxy’s mobile proxy services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Service Description
ELProxy provides premium mobile proxy services including:
- Mobile IP addresses from real 4G/5G networks
- Automatic IP rotation capabilities
- Global coverage across multiple countries
- API access for service integration
- Customer dashboard and management tools
Account Registration
Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities under your account
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensuring compliance with these Terms by all users under your account
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
Our Services may be used for:
- Web scraping and data collection
- Social media management
- Ad verification
- Market research
- SEO monitoring
- Accessing geo-restricted content
- Other legitimate business purposes
Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use our Services to:
- Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Conduct DDoS attacks or network interference
- Access systems without authorization
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Engage in fraud or identity theft
- Distribute child exploitation material
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Circumvent security measures
- Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
Service Plans and Billing
Subscription Plans
- Services are provided on a subscription basis
- Plans include specified bandwidth limits and features
- Unused bandwidth does not roll over to subsequent periods
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- We accept major credit cards and specified payment methods
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refunds
- Free trials allow evaluation before commitment
- Refunds may be issued at our discretion
- No refunds for partial month usage
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of billing
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Uptime Guarantee
- We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime
- Downtime excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure events
- SLA credits may be issued for uptime failures
Service Credits
- SLA violations may result in service credits
- Credits are calculated as a percentage of monthly fees
- Credit requests must be submitted within 30 days
Data Usage and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data transmitted through our Services
- We do not monitor, inspect, or log the content of your proxy traffic
- We collect usage statistics for billing and service improvement

Prohibited Data
Do not transmit:
- Unlawful or unauthorized content
- Content that violates third-party rights
- Malicious code or harmful software
Intellectual Property
Our IP Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including:
- Software, technology, and infrastructure
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Documentation and materials
- APIs and interfaces
remain the exclusive property of ELProxy.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party content or services
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELProxy, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Your content or data
Termination
By You
- Cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for early cancellation
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account poses security risks
- Payment is overdue
- Required by law
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data after 30 days
- Outstanding fees remain due
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue Services with notice
- Update features and functionality
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Impose usage limits or restrictions
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except:
- Small claims court matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Injunctive relief requests
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ELProxy.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Custom enterprise plans may include additional terms negotiated separately.
